Currently leading the youth development team and the Pathway Program, Olivia has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors including legal services, training and management consulting, overseeing program development and delivery, including organisational strategic renewal and change programs and team alignment workshops.
Olivia has also been the lead coordinator on Ingenium’s facilitated leadership development program, Smart Choice Leadership for several years. Experienced across multiple sectors including, legal services, engineering & construction, technology & digital solutions and real estate. Coordination of program deployment and backend management support. Honours Degree in Business Computing from the Limerick Institute of Technology.
